Community Ward Forums
Elected Members convene Community Forums in each Ward to provide an informal means of exchanging information with the residents. The Forums are held for each Ward once a year, where possible during daylight saving. The forums are chaired by the Ward Councillors with members of staff attending.
Residents are invited to attend their local forum in 2013 on:

Residents are invited to submit questions prior to a forum to ensure that the topic can be addressed on the night. Questions should be made in writing and:
- State the ward forum at which the matter will be raised.
- Be sent to Council at least one week prior to the relevant forum.
- Include the resident’s contact details should any clarification of the question need to be sought.
