Welcome to our city and thank you for choosing to make your home here. The City of Mitcham is a welcoming and inclusive community that values its people, heritage and natural environment. You join a growing number of people who are discovering the many benefits and pleasures of living and working in our vibrant and progressive community.

Our city has much to offer. We deliver more than 100 services to the community including libraries and community centres, community events, parks, reserves and playgrounds, sports grounds, walks and trails, gardens, places to visit, immunisation clinics, animal management, waste collection and recycling, as well as roads, footpaths and stormwater maintenance, and much more.
