Community Ward Forums provide an opportunity for the public to ask questions relating to their Ward and hear responses in a public setting. It is a fantastic opportunity to meet Elected Members and hear from other members of your Ward and their questions.
Ward Forums are held annually (except in the year of a Council Election).
How to be Involved
If you have a question you would like answered, we encourage you to register your question prior to the event so that a detailed response can be provided to you on the night.
Questions can be emailed to email@example.com. Please ensure you send us your question one week before the meeting to allow time for an answer to be collated.
When you email your question/s please ensure you provide your name, suburb and if you will attend, so that we can ensure the question is allocated to the correct Ward Forum.
For more information please call 8372 8811.
How the Meeting is Run
To ensure we get to as many residents' queries as possible and are consistent across all meetings we have prepared a schedule for the meeting to follow:

|7.15pm||Pre-registered questions are answered for residents in attendance (if you submit a question but cannot attend your meeting the question will be answered in the minutes but not discussed at the meeting)|
