Do you want to maintain your fitness while staying at home? We are thrilled to announce that Yuki from Cumberland Park Community Centre Strength for Life Fitness Classes is now holding free exercise classes on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. She is doing this so people can still connect, chat and have fun. The classes start at 9am with a short chat and catch up followed by the class.
Monday and Friday classes will be stretching/strength training/cardio exercises that can be performed with the assistance of a chair, while Wednesday morning class will be for Chair Yoga. All classes will be live so that means you can see and hear Yuki and she can see and hear you! It will be so much fun and it’s very easy to join in.
