Carols at Kingswood Oval

Save the date! Carols at Kingswood Oval will be held on Saturday 5 December, 2026.

Join us for one of Adelaide's most loved community Christmas events, Carols at Kingswood Oval! Now in its 29th year, this free family celebration brings thousands together for a night of festive spirit, live entertainment and community connection. With a crowd of more than 5,000 and performances from local schools, choirs and entertainers, it's the perfect way to kick off the Christmas season in the City of Mitcham.

What's on

From 5pm, grab your spot on the oval, explore Christmas market stalls and enjoy children’s activities, face painting, a silent disco as well as roving entertainment.

The show will commence from 6pm and includes;

Carol singing lead by Illumina Voices
Performance by St Therese School choir
A special Christmas performance by Mitcham City Brass
Welcome to Country at 7pm
A nativity scene presented by the Mitcham Churches Schools Ministry Group
