You will need to contact a Land Surveyor to determine your exact boundary. Council is unable to recommend companies. Please use Google or Yellow Pages.

If your house was built after 1980 we may have limited information on plans submitted with Council, however due to underground rock etc pipes may not have been installed as shown on plans.

Refer to PlanSA Fee Schedule. Once your application has been submitted on the PlanSA portal, a Council officer will verify your application, then you will receive a fee advice from PlanSA

If the application begins with 080/ and the notification period is still active, you can view the application here.

If the application begins with 21xxx login to PlanSA and look under 'Have your say' and 'Notified developments'.

Please check the PlanSA website. In the 'Find Something' search bar, search for  - 'Statement of Compliance' and download the publication.
