Our community bus service is here for residents who face transport challenges. Whether you're older, socially isolated, living with a disability or simply can't access other transport options, our community bus can get you to the shop or library.
We offer a door-to-door community bus service that takes you to the Blackwood, Mitcham, Pasadena and Castle Plaza shops weekly. We also make monthly trips to Westfield Marion and the SA Aquatic Centre.
We also provide visits to the Mitcham Memorial Library in Hawthorn. A volunteer can accompany you to the library, help you choose your books, check them out, and carry your bags.
Our community buses are driven by trained and accredited volunteers who are ready to help you with your walker, trolley, and shopping bags.
Interested in our Mitcham Community Bus service? Just ensure you're mobile enough to board the bus independently and enjoy shopping or browsing at the library on your own.
