Our Annual Business Plan, Budget and Long Term Financial Plan for 2025/26 outlines the projects, programs and services we’ll deliver in the year ahead.
This year’s plan outlines how Council is investing in new services and infrastructure to build a more connected, inclusive and sustainable community, while continuing to manage rising service costs and responsibilities passed on by other levels of government.
This includes new and enhanced initiatives such as extending the footpath network, increasing footpath and street sweeping, stormwater upgrades, traffic calming measures, improvements to community facilities, as well as further investment in community programs, tree maintenance and bushfire preparedness.
From traffic safety and stormwater upgrades to improved open spaces, the plan sets out the key priorities we’re delivering across the city.
