Rebates to subsidise the cost of cloth nappies, menstrual and incontinence products are now available for City of Mitcham residents.
The Sustainable Living Subsidy Program aims to encourage the community to live more sustainably and reduce waste by subsidising the upfront costs of reusable sanitary products.
Residents can apply for a rebate of 50 per cent of the purchase price up to the value of $50 (including GST) on a variety of reusable products.
The program will remain open until Monday 30 June or while funds are available.
