A locally inspired native garden that delights the senses.
A garden built on local knowledge
Designed by our own staff this native garden brings together expert plant knowledge and creative thinking to transform a verge into a vibrant and resilient streetscape. With layers of groundcovers small shrubs and flowering plants it combines colour texture and movement in a way that feels welcoming and alive.
Beautiful and biodiverse
Each plant was chosen for both its visual appeal and its ecological value. Bright flowers attract native bees while dense groundcovers and low shrubs offer shelter and food for insects and small animals. The result is a garden that supports local biodiversity while looking great all year round.
Low maintenance and easy to care for
Once established this garden needs very little attention. Water regularly during the early stages then prune lightly as needed. Add mulch to help the soil hold moisture keep weeds down and tie the whole design together.
Design tips
- Mix plant heights and textures using a combination of low groundcovers small shrubs and flowering plants
- Choose a variety of flowering species to attract bees and support pollination
- Mulch well to conserve water and keep the garden looking neat
- Plant in clusters or gentle drifts to add rhythm and movement across the verge
