DrumFIT is an exercise that reduces stress, improves cognition and increases mobility.
Part of City of Mitcham's Active Seniors Program, DrumFIT classes will be held at Colonel Light Gardens Institute Hall on Fridays from 10.45am to 11.30am.
This Community Wellbeing, Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) class is delivered by C Pilates.
Classes are $5 per class - CHSP subsidised (or $10).
