Join us for Mindfulness and Meditation sessions every Wednesday from 7pm to 8pm, starting 20 March for 6 weeks at the Pasadena Community Centre.
Deepen your practice and cultivate inner peace in a welcoming and inclusive space led by volunteers. This is a wonderful opportunity to develop your mindfulness and meditation skills, whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner. Best of all, it's completely FREE!
During these sessions, you'll engage in short, guided exercises designed to help focus your attention and promote positive well-being. Feel free to share your own mindfulness and meditation techniques with the group if you choose – it's all about learning and growing together.
