Council Plans

Digital Asset Management Plans
Our asset management plans address new, renewal, disposal, operations and maintenance funding and actions used to sustainably manage community assets.

Community Land Management Plans
A community land management plan sets out what the land will be used for and how it will be managed. We are required to prepare and adopt a community land management plan for land owned by Council or under Council’s care (except roads) that is subject to a lease or license, or that has been or will be modified or adapted for use by the community.
